Our Mission
For 30 years, Pangos has helped kids (mostly Black & Latino) make their dreams a reality by providing real opportunities for college scholarships and becoming better people both on & off the court.
Program Growth & Plans
Since 2021, our program expansion includes enlisting scholars, activists, and community leaders to expand social justice impact and outreach via, but not limited to,
- Financial Literacy
- Civil rights education
- Entrepreneurship and life skills
- Academic tutoring
- Mentorship
- Job training and college preparation
- Branding and Name Image & Likeness (NIL)
- Recruiting and college preparation advising
Fundraising Goals
We are raising funds to be able to continue to grow, scale, and improve our already highly-regarded Pangos youth basketball operations that exist in order to help more Black kids get college basketball scholarships.
In order to put on more events and social justice/ life skills development programming nationwide, we need to cover the increased costs of event operations, media coverage, and staffing to continue to execute at the highest level. We will be taking a stronger stance on fighting for social justice since our youth basketball influence is highly respected & has a wide reach to truly make a difference.

Vision
By expanding our programs beyond our 30-years of basketball events to incorporate social justice and educational initiatives into our program, Pangos hopes to greatly increase its impact in the grassroots basketball community by providing not just athletic opportunities but also the educational and political empowerment of your youth.
